could you explain the cross reaction with pollen or latex a bit more, sounds interesting. thanks for the follow.

Some people with pollen allergy will also experience allergic symptoms, so-called cross-reactions - when they eat certain foods - usually nuts, fruits or vegetables. The symptoms appear because the body can not distinguish between the allergens in pollen and similar substances in food. Some experience only cross-reactions in the pollen season, while others have them throughout the year. Cross reactions disappears when you don't eat the foods you can not tolerate. As with pollen allergies can people with latex allergy may have allergic symptoms when they eat certain fruits and vegetables that cross-react with latex.
